Katia Jitlina, Ph.D., Registered Psychologist

Dr. Katia Jitlina


Dr. Jitlina earned her Ph.D. in School Psychology at the University of British Columbia and completed her residency in Clinical Child Psychology at McMaster Children’s Hospital/Hamilton Health Sciences. She is especially interested in supporting the emotional development of neurodiverse children and youth – including children with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Giftedness and Intellectual Disabilities. She has previously worked as a Psychologist with Child and Youth Mental Health, and as part of multi-disciplinary assessment teams for Sunnyhill Health Centre for Children. She currently works as a Psychologist in private practice and is a Clinical Instructor with the Department of Psychiatry at the University of British Columbia.
