Board Certified Behavior Analyst

To meet the needs associated with our growth, we are seeking a new Board Certified Behavior Analyst in West Vancouver, British Columbia.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a BCBA Consultant to join RESET Learning to help design, implement, and oversee behavioral intervention programs. This is a flexible consultant opportunity that allows for remote or on-site work in Vancouver, BC. The BCBA will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists (OTs), Speech Pathologists (SPs), and other professionals, to provide individualized behavior plans and guide our Behavior Interventionists (BIs).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Program Design: Develop and implement tailored behavior intervention plans for individuals based on assessments and data-driven strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with OTs, SPs, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, holistic support.
  • Program Oversight: Provide guidance to BIs, review their progress reports, and adjust intervention plans as necessary.
  • Training: Mentor and train BIs to ensure accurate implementation of behavior intervention strategies.
  • Progress Analysis: Review and analyze data and reports submitted by BIs, modifying programs as needed based on evidence.
  • School Collaboration: Collaborate with school counselors or psychologists to align intervention strategies with what individuals experience in their school environment.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in behavior analysis, preferably in educational or clinical settings.
  • Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions.
  • Experience working with OTs, SPs, and allied professionals in a multidisciplinary setting.
  • Ability to train and mentor Behavior Interventionists (BIs).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with families, educators, and therapists.
  • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practices.
