We honestly couldn’t be happier with the tutoring our boys (8 and 13) are getting here. From day one, everyone has been so kind, caring, and genuinely invested in their progress. Tutoring isn’t usually something kids get excited about, but ours actually look forward to their sessions — no complaints, ever, which still amazes me!Nafissa A has worked with both of my boys and they love her. She’s a wonderful teacher — so patient, understanding, and always so accommodating with our crazy schedule. I really appreciate how flexible and thoughtful she’s been.Our younger son adores his tutor, Nafissa G. The two of them have such a special connection. We love it here! The kids are super excited to come every week. The instruction is specific to their needs, and they are met where they are every week which makes it palatable for the kids, even after a long school day. The instructors are fun, charismatic, and became familiarized with the kids learning styles so quickly. I can’t say enough good things. We do genuinely feel that Reset is nurturing a love of learning.

Sophie responded immediately and spent considerable time on the phone, listening carefully and walking me through our options.My son was matched with Nafisa for one-on-one tutoring in their CORE program, and we knew right away she was a perfect fit. Her enthusiasm, encouragement, and clear instruction made an immediate impact. His confidence noticeably improved after just two sessions. Since then, both his grades and self-confidence have continued to rise. He genuinely enjoys going to RESET and feels proud of the work he does there. My son started RESET Learning's Core Program about three months ago, and Nafisa has been working with him since. The program starts with a few minutes of activities, and students can choose how they want to start the session like playing board games or using the cycling machines in the back. My son also uses those whenever he needs a short break, and I think they're really efficient tools to make students refreshed. What I see so far is that, the Core Program is highly individualized, and the teachers are really well trained. One thing I really appreciate is the low teacher to students ratio, especially now as the school is still kind of new, my son has been getting one on one lessons.During the intake, I had a really long conversation. I was asked a lot of questions, and I asked a lot myself. Based on the conversation, they matched my son with Nafisa, who turned out to be the perfect fit.From the beginning, Nafisa understood where my son was at, what he was good at, and what he needed to improve. Now that we're almost at the end of the program, I really appreciate how consistently she’s communicated with me. She lets me know if there were any difficulties during the lesson, what she tried, and asked for my inputs on how to better support him. I really appreciate Nafisa and the team at RESET, they're all great individuals who truly care for students' progress.

Reset Learning provides amazing resources for education, with variety of services either be studying for your IELTS, getting tutoring for various subjects or needing academic guidance.
