Does your child struggle with retaining information in a standard classroom environment or facing educational anxiety?
RESET Learning is an educational organization that primarily focuses on enhancing the educational experience for students by designing programs rooted in neuroscience and focusing on each child’s unique needs. RESET learning has a key offering which is the Core Program. It is designed to build and refine essential academic skills in students, such as memory, reading and study habits that students struggle in schools, reducing their anxiety. Using a science-based approach, we integrate these skills with the BC Curriculum which helps learners understand and develop their individual learning needs, setting a strong foundation for academic success and future ambitions. There are small group sessions as well as one-on-one tutoring classes for students to choose from to thrive in their educational journey.
RESET Learning Core program focuses on personalized instructional strategies that addresses individual learner’s needs, unlike regular academics that have one standard policy.
RESET Core Level I
The RESET Core Level I Program serves as a foundational education program which is tailored to learners, aged from 6 years old to 17 years old, focusing on developing effective learning skills, routines, and habits that are essential in their daily life. This program is all about helping students identify their learning needs so that they can focus on developing them. The activities that are designed focuses on enhancing memory, reading, and study skills. Once they start the session, learners are introduced how they learn best rather than what to learn. The content is carefully crafted to be research-based and rooted in neuroscience, but it's presented in a way that’s simple and age-appropriate. Throughout the sessions, facilitators lead discussions that help students come up with new ideas, ensuring they leave with a clear understanding of which skills and habits work best for them. Through a combination of instructional strategies and teaching techniques, Level I aim to help learners gain awareness of their individual learning needs and skills that are most effective for them and design their study strategy accordingly for future success. A free trial session and diagnostic test is available that learners can take at the center to comprehend what level they are currently at.

RESET Core Level II
After successful completion of level 1, learners move to The RESET Core Level II Program. This helps to build on the foundation established in Level I, taking learning to the next level by applying newly acquired skills from the previous level to real academic challenges. This program develops essential learning skills and supports students in applying these skills across ALL SUBJECT AREAS.
Our effective strategies help learners:
- Apply Newfound Learning Skills and Routines
- Develop Memory, Reading and Study Skills
- Tie Concepts with Current Habits and Academics
- Gain Awareness of Learning Needs
Level II encourages learners to continue developing their awareness of individual learning needs combining with their current habits. The activities in level II are not only designed to enhance memory, reading, and study skills, but this time, it focuses more on how to reflect the skills into learners’ daily routine at home or in school. Similar to Level I, the content is research-based and rooted in neuroscience. Towards the end of level II program, learners will have a better understanding of how they can use effective strategies to overcome their learning needs and apply them now and the years to come.
